I attended my consultation on my own and straight away I felt at ease and felt that I was in great care. On the day of my breast augmentation operation both Mr Ross and Dr Haji-Michael came and spoke to me again and made sure that i was aware of everything that was going to happen and that I was in safe hands which reassured me even more and calmed me down I was very nervous to have it done as much I was excited it have new fuller breasts. The after care was amazing definitely a five star rating all the staff where kind and caring towards me and I didn't want for anything as they catered for my every need. I would certainly reccomend Mr. Ross I can guarantee that you will feel the same way I do about the whole experience.

I am currently one day past op from having upper and lower blepharoplasty under Mr Ross. After the initial expected discomfort, the pain relief given has made me very comfortable and at ease. I would certainly recommend Mr Ross, I have been 100% satisfied pre, during and post op."
